Get free shipping when you spend £250 or more!

We'll aim to embroider and ship your personalised goods within 5-7 working days. Spend over £250 and we'll ship your order absolutely free. Spend between £100- £250 and a small charge of £5.95 will apply. 
Orders under £100-£3.95
All orders subject to availability and you will be notified if items in your order are out of stock. This is also subject to the suitability of the images that the customer sends.

We ship to the United Kingdom only. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have a problem with your order or the service you have received, just let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue. As items are made to order the customer has no right to reject or return the goods without the consent of ZigZagZo. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know and a refund or replacement (excluding postage and packaging) may be given at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement. Your statutory rights are not affected. Damaged goods must be reported to us by email to  sales@zigzagzo.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt. If you fail to report damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt we will accept no responsibility and you will not be entitled to reject the goods for replacement.
